Overview:

Located toward the northern end of the Las Vegas Strip, Circus Circus Hotel has been a favorite of parents and kids alike. Although Las Vegas is not traditionally a place to bring your children, Circus Circus makes mom and dad's vacation, one to remember for the kids as well. Built in 1968, it has been featured in two movies and has been home to one of the coolest themes in all of Las Vegas. What better childhood memories do you have, The Circus!!!! From live circus acts including jugglers, trapeze artists, acrobats and clowns to the midway home to games, it is all here at Circus Circus.

So much fun in one place. Fun entertainment, fun food, fun rides, fun shops.... what more could you want.


About the Hotel:

With 3,774 rooms, it is still quite a large property. Home to three pools, including one in the RV park at the back of Circus Circus. A health club, beauty salon, convention rooms, parking garage, room service, wedding chapel and 40,000 square foot shopping promenade, you can see that this hotel, although one of the older properties, it still rivals the amenities found at the newer properties on the strip.

One of the unusual amenities at Circus, Circus is the RV Park. KOA at Circus Circus has space for 399 RV's with full-service utility hook-ups. Within the park, guest have amenities including playground, disposal stations, laundromat, arcade and a 24-hour convenience store. Also, pets are allowed within the RV park and therefore pet runs make your doggie's stay as pleasant as yours.

Other Hotel amenities include laundry, luggage and maid service, safety deposit box, valet parking, video check-out and wake-up call service. Children 16 and under stay free with an adult. Shuttle service to the airport is available from an outside company for a fee.

In-room amenities in the Tower include air conditioning, alarm clock, remote-controlled cable TV, hair dryer, safe, electronic door locks and iron/ironing board(upon request). Also available are pay-per-view movies, voice mail, telephone and radio. In the Manor rooms, smaller, they have fewer amenities. They do, however, have refrigerators. These rooms are located a half block behind the main resort. There is a walkway from the Manor rooms to the main resort.


Location:

The casino is 107,500 square feet of sheer bustling excitement. Table games include all of the usual suspects. Blackjack, Caribbean Stud Poker, Craps, Keno, Let It Ride, Pai Gow, Poker, Roulette, Slots, Casino War. There is a Poker room as well as an 80 seat Sports and Race Book equipped with 68 televisions and 18 big screens. Slot and video poker machines are plentiful and in high demand.

Dining at Circus Circus is as much fun as are the circus acts that perform daily.

Over 40,000 square feet of shopping promenade with 20 retail outlets from keepsakes to apparel.


Special:

Attractions and entertainment at Circus Circus are filled with thrills and excitement. Entertainment is always on-going with circus acts being performed from 11am-midnight daily. No reservations required as it takes place throughout the hotel lobby.

Attractions are definitely aimed towards the kid in you or in your family. Adventuredome is an indoor amusement park, The Sling Shot shoots you up toward the ceiling and brings you back down at -1Gs. Rim Runner is a water roller coaster and Canyon Blaster is another one. Imax motion rides top off this excitingly themed hotel.

Conclusion:

Circus Circus offers not only exciting attractions, entertaining circus acts and great restaurants but offers guests the opportunity to stay on the Las Vegas Strip at a very reasonable price. Not new, not opulent, but definitely the most fun for the whole family.
